Application of molecular spectroscopy to the determination of organic structures

Description
Some brief accounts are presented followed by a discussion about various physico-chemical techniques: Raman spectrometry, infrared spectrometry, resonance Raman spectrometry, conformational analysis and polarized Rayleigh diffusion. Applications of the Nuclear Magnetic Resonance to nucleotide structure in aqueous solution are described as well as some applications of neutron scattering to the study of organic structures

On presente quelques brefs exposes suivis d'une discussion concernant diverses techniques physico-chimiques: spectrometrie Raman, spectrometrie infra-rouge, spectrometrie Raman de resonance, analyse conformationnelle et diffusion Rayleigh depolarisee. On decrit egalement des applications de la resonance magnetique nucleaire a l'etude de la conformation des nucleotides et quelques applications de la diffusion neutronique a l'etude des structures organiquesAdditional details
