Methodology of assessing trustworthiness of radiometric prospecting in uranium exploration in Czechoslovakia
Description
The analysis of survey likelihood was made on the basis of the following criteria: (1) The thickness and character of overburdens in relation to the depth penetration of the individual modifications of radiometric methods; the occurrence of clay layers significantly affects the measurement results. (2) The quality of field measurements. (3) The completeness of the verification and the evaluation of radiometric anomalies found, of ore and mineral occurrences with respect to their geological causes. (Ha)
