On the experimental data processing systems in plasma diagnostics

Mathematical aspects of setting and solving the problems of plasma diagnostics by experimental data are considered. Regularization method application for solving these problems is grounded. Importance of the interpretation stage as the central and most complcated part of mathematical processing is underlined. Based on the methods developed the problem-oriented system for interferogram and obscuregram processing are created
