Management of fresh and spent fuel at the Paks Nuclear Power Plant
Description
A brief overview is presented of the safe handling, transportation, storage and manipulation of the Soviet nuclear fuel used at PNPP, Hungary. Also, the storage and transportation containers of spent fuel elements within the plant is described, including the experiences with the cooling pools and with the densified grid storage.
