The results of tuning of intense electron beam injector

Description

The results of tuning of injector of powerful electron linac are presented in the report. The injector consists of a diode electron gun, the klystron type prebuncher, the three-cavity buncher and magnetic system. There has been described the methodology and results of tuning of the resonance system of injector and coaxially waveguide transition for RF-power input. It has been shown that descriptions of the resonance system, in particular distributing of electric-field tension, correspond the calculated data. The complex testing of the magnetic system has been conducted.
