Grazing-incidence monochromators for synchrotron radiation - a review
Description
The present status of monochromators for VUV and soft X-ray radiation is reviewed. The limitations imposed by current sources, the optical elements and mechanical aspects are emphasized. Optimized undulator beamlines offer the possibility of obtaining useful photon fluxes with adequate resolution for a wide range of experiments in the soft X-ray region. (orig.)
