The twilight of nuclear exports

Creators

Description

The future of nuclear trade is discussed. In particular, the ability of developing countries to use or pay for imported nuclear power plants is questioned. Contracts and negotiations between United States, German and French suppliers, and Brazil and Iran, are discussed in detail. Economics, environment, public relations, earthquakes, energy demand forecasting, alternative energy sources, litigation, radioactive waste disposal, and general technological problems are among the various aspects examined.
