The effect of gaseous-aerozol effluents and liquid NPP effluents on formataon of radiation situation in the environment is evaluated. The assessment and forecast of radiation doses of population are presented. Hygienic and ecological safety problems of radioactive NPP effluent removal and break of thermal waters to the ponds-coolants are considered
