Determination of multicomponent crystal composition by nuclear microanalysis methods
Description
The basic components of LiNbO3 and LiTaO3 crystals are determined using the methods of the Rutherford back scattering and nuclear reactions. The use of BEAM EXPERT 1.5 software for coprocessing of the spectra obtained in both methods results in the relative error σ=1 %. 3 refs
