Acoustostimulated suppression of 1/F noise in ''subblock'' crystals Cd0.2Hg0.8Te
Description
It is experimentally shown for the first time that using ultrasonic (US) treatment (f = 10 MHz) of h-Cd0.2Hg0.8Te initial crystals one may essentially (by 10-100 times) reduce 1/f noise level. Possible mechanisms of US-improvement of the material electrophysical and noise parameters were studied. Criteria to select optimal conditions of US-treatment for ''subblock'' crystals were determined
