These two public documents respectively concern projects of photovoltaic energy and wind energy. Each one first presents the international context and national framework and objectives, the regional context (regional climate-air-energy scheme of SRCAE, regional objectives of development of renewable energies, present situation of installation projects in the region and in the Indre-et-Loire department). The next part proposes an overview of regulatory and procedural aspects in relationship with the Code of town planning, the Code of the Environment, the Energy Code, the Forest Code, the Rural Code, the Heritage Code). Planning aspects are then addressed (assessment of the energy potential, determination of areas of interest for installations. Finally, the creation and actions of a local mission for renewable energies are presented
