Research on using full-automatic image measuring instrument to measure dimensions for wing plate of connect handle
Description
Connect handle is center part of control assembly, the wing plate is important part of connect handle. There are many disadvantages with the traditional artificial measure method for wing plate, such as low measuring efficiency, low measuring precision, difficulties in data processing. Based on image measurement technique to design measuring program and fixture can realize automatic measurement for wing plates. It can cover the shortage of the artificial measurement. The measuring program realizes the entry of information; measuring the feature and processing data. Measuring fixture can realize wing plate positioning and realize automatic measurement. Based on experimental results, the automatic measure method can realize the automatic batch measurement for wing plate. Compared with traditional measurement, the automatic measurement can improve the efficiency by 2 times; the uncertainty is reduced; at the same time, automatic measurement method can process data and store date automatically.
