Principles and experience upon using an integrated plant management system
Description
The integrated plant management system (IBFS) has been in use in the Emsland Nuclear Power Plant (KKE) since 1985. Already prior to its introduction, basic considerations were required in order to support the administrative-organizational sequences of the individual organization units effectively. An essential module is the so-called ''sequence manager''. The quantity and scope of data to be processed in a nuclear power plant as well as the various possibilities of evaluation are demonstrated. Decisive for the application of the system is the acceptance by the users; the criteria of utmost importance in this regard are being presented. (orig.)

Das Integrierte Betriebsfuehrungssystem (IBFS) ist im Kernkraftwerk Emsland (KKE) seit 1985 im Einsatz. Bereits vor Einfuehrung bedurfte es grundsaetzlicher Ueberlegungen, um die administrativ organisatorischen Ablaeufe der einzelnen Organisationseinheiten wirksam zu unterstaetzen. Ein wesentlicher Baustein ist der sogenannte ''Ablaufmanager''. Der in einem Kernkraftwerk zu bewaeltigende Mengen- bzw. Datenumfang sowie die diversen Auswertungsmoeglichkeiten werden dargestellt. Entscheidend fuer die Nutzung des Systems ist die Akzeptanz der Anwender; die hierfuer wichtigsten Kriterien werden vorgestellt. (orig.)Additional details
