Description
The electrical conductivity σ(T) at low temperature has been studied systematically for the metallic glass ZrxCo1-x(x = 78, 72 and 66.8) and Zr66.7<33.3(M = Fe, Ni and Cu). It was found that σ(T) is coincident with the weak localization theory in the wide range of temperature; as temperature dropping, σ(T) is proportional to T-1/2, which comes from the electron-electron interaction effect; at the vicinity of the superconducting critical temperature, σ(T) is proportional to ε-1/2, which is the contribution of Aslamusov-Larkin term (AL term) to the superconducting fluctuation effect
