Synthesis and structure of rare earth titanates R2TiO5 in films

Description

Methods of X-ray, transmission and scanning electron microscopy are used to ascertain structure of rare earth titanates R2TiO5 (R=La-Lu, Y) synthesized in films under various precipitation temperatures. Thermal stability of obtained phases is studied. The results are explained allowing for features of high-rate vacuum condensation
