Description
This paper reviews the literature containing information on risks in the nuclear waste management system and uses this information to develop preliminary estimates of the potential magnitudes of these risks. Information collected on a broad range of risk categories is examined. Information about the repository, the integral Monitored Retrievable Storage (MRS) facility, and the transportation system that supports the repository and the MRS facility is included
