Principles of diagnostics and treatment of oncohematologic diseases in the Armed Forces

Principles of diagnostics and treatment of oncohematologic diseases (OHD) in the Armed Forces of Russian Federation are discussed. Main nosologic forms of OHD and main syndroms are enumerated. Diagnostic algorithm in case of OHD is considered including among other methods the method of biomedical radiography of chest organs and in certain cases the method of biomedical radiography of skeleton and computerized tomography. The treatment methods used are the following ones: chemotherapy, radiotherapy, bone marrow transplantation, and sympthomatic therapy
