Description
The authors report a case of an intramedullary metastasis in a 63-year old woman with breast cancer. This complication is known to be rare, and of poor prognosis despite treatment. The authors emphasize the interest of magnetic resonance imaging as a major diagnostic investigation in small intramedullary lesions. (authors). 5 refs., 2 figs
