Convergent close-coupling: extension to the positron-hydrogen system

  • 1. The Flinders University, SA (Australia)

Description

Full text: Difficulties accompanying the generalisation of the convergent close-coupling approach to two-centre scattering problems will be discussed. Recent results obtained for the simple model of positron-hydrogen scattering that retains only states of zero orbital angular momentum will be presented. Status of the full positron-hydrogen calculations will be reported
