Dielectric constant of dense krypton at moderate densities and at three temperatures
- 1. Paris-13 Univ., 93 - Villetaneuse (France). Lab. d'Ingenierie des Materiaux et des Hautes Pressions
Description
The dielectric constant of krypton has been determined at 0, 25 and 500C and from 5 up to 70 MPa by capacitance measurements. The trace of the polarizability tensor is evaluated from the Clausius-Mossotti function for several values of density and temperature and the results are compared with those of a molecular dynamics simulation.
