Radiation-catalytic polymerization of propylene for preparation its low-molecular oligomers

Description
Radiation-catalytic polymerization of propylene in organic solvents with various catalysts at a circulating installation is investigated. Process temperature is 10 deg C, γ-radiation dose - 8x103 Gy, volumetric rate of propylene introduction per a catalyst volume - V=100 h-1. Aluminosilicate catalyst with 6-valent chromium applied is more effective. Total conversion decreases, and selectivity increases with temperature decrease. Total conversion in radiation catalytic process is higher than in catalytic 1.3-1.5 times
