Description
Adenosine triphosphate or ATP is an important molecule present at the cellular level in many fundamental biochemical mechanism, and the study of its metabolism is therefore of particular interest. In this thesis for pharmacy graduation, the author first describes the different steps of synthesis and purification leading to chloride-2-ATP, a precursor of the final tritiated molecule. Then, the author explains the tritiation of this molecule to obtain an ATP tritiated in position 2 and in position 8
Abstract (French)
L'importance de l'adenosine triphosphate ou ATP n'est plus a demontrer. Elle intervient au niveau cellulaire dans de nombreux mecanismes biochimiques fondamentaux. Suivre le metabolisme d'une telle molecule presente donc un interet tout particulier, d'ou l'importance de pouvoir realiser un marquage de ce compose par le tritium qui lui conferera une haute activite specifique. Dans un premier temps, nous decrivons les etapes de synthese et de purification menant a la chloro-2-ATP, precurseur de la molecule tritiee finale. Dans un deuxieme temps, nous expliquons la tritiation de cette molecule pour obtenir l'ATP tritiee en position 2 et en position 8. (auteur)Files
