The effect of finiteness of the ion Larmor radius on MHD stability of plasma in magnetic configurations of the twofold torsatron ''Uragan -2 M'' is investigated. It is shown that zones of MHD instability of plasma obtained for these configurations from the Mercier criterion are reduced under this effect
