Chromium- and manganese induced TlInS2 - a new relaxor ferroelectric

Description
One studied dielectric, polarization and pyroelectrical properties of TlInS2 crystals doped with 0.1 mol.% Cr and Mn. It is shown that the mentioned materials may be ranked as ferroelectrics-relaxors. One determined temperature range of occurrence of a stable relaxor (nanodomain) state and temperature of transition into ferroelectric (macrodomain) state followed by anomaly on temperature dependence of pyrocurrent

Изучены диэлектрические, поляризационные и пироэлектрические свойства кристаллов TlInS2, легированных 0.1 мол.% Cr и Mn. Показано, что эти материалы могут быть отнесены к классу сегнетоэлектриков-релаксоров. Установлены температурная область устойчивого релаксорного (нанодоменного) состояния и температура перехода в сегнетоэлектрическое (макродоменное) состояние, сопровождаемое появлением аномалии на температурной зависимости пиротокаAdditional details
