Process of formation of Bi2Ru2O7 powders at thermolysis of products of ruthenium and bismuth hydrolytical coprecipitation
Description
By the methods of physicochemical analysis the process of Bi2Ru2O7 powder formation during thermal transformations of ruthenium and bismuth hydrolytic coprecipitation products has been studied. It is shown that when heating the products up to 320 deg C their dehydration occurs and their mesoporous structure is preserved. In the range of 320-500 deg C crystallization processes with the formation of Bi2Ru2O7and Bi3Ru3O7 phase mixture take place, which is accompanied by the transformation of spongy microstructure into the aggregates of cubic crystals. Further increase in the temperature leads to the increase in Bi2Ru2O7 part, to the enlarging and oriented growth of the crystals
