A study of relative energy losses of channeled protons in a tungsten single crystal

The differences in the stopping of protons moving along the different crystallographic directions in tungsten are studied. The relative energy losses of channeled protons were extracted from the energy spectra of protons (E0=6.3 MeV) when the beam direction was aligned with the [111], [110], and [100] axes and (110) plane
