X-ray electron study of thick films on the basis of LnBa2Cu3O7-δ compounds

Description
Using X-ray electron spectroscopy and scanning electron spectroscopy, the composition and electronic structure of thick-film superconductors LnBa2Cu3O7-δ (Ln = Y, Ho, Dy) are studied. The identity of survey spectra of film and compact superconductors is noted. It is established that electrophysical characteristics of thick-film HTSC of all three systems are close to those determined for compact ceramic specimens. The critical temperature of superconducting transition is 85-90 K for 3-5 K transition width. 1 fig
