The method of assessment of influence of unfavourable factors of environment on plants
Description
The method of estimation of influence of unfavourable factors of environment on plants was elaborated with the purpose of determination the stress state of plants at early stage. This method includes the irradiation of plant leaves with thermal neutrons with the fluence (2-3)·)13 n/cm2. Then their autoradiography is made and the assessment of influence of unfavourable factors is done according to the size of spots. (author)
