Electron bound states in (2+1) D QED with Chern-Simons term

Description
The nonrelativistic limit of the quasipotential equation for two equally charged fermions is investigated. It is shown that for certain values of the coefficient of the Chern-Simons term the potential exhibits as well regions. A numerical study of the bound states energy is presented. (orig.)
