Description
The steam generator for a sodium cooled reactor consists of hair pin pipes anchored in tube plates interconnected with a circular jacket which is provided with an input and output couplings of the secondary medium. Built-in in the axis of the steam generator is a safety structure whose lower part is firmly attached to the lower tube plate while the upper part leads into the gas space. (M.D.)
