X-ray emission spectra of silicon in some monosilicides and disilicides of transition metals
Description
Silicon emission bands have been studied in monosilici des (TiSi, FeSi, CoSi and NiSi) and disilicides (TiSi2, FeSi2, CoSi2 and NiSi2) by a DRS-2 x-ray spectrograph. The coincidence of Kβ9 and Lsub(2.3)-bands in a single energy scale allowes one to draw conclusions in respect of the electron structure of the investigated compounds
