Isothermal oxygen thermal desorption from YBa2Cu3O7-x compound
- 1. Moskovskij Inzhenerno-Fizicheskij Inst., Moscow (USSR)
Description
Processes of oxygen thermal desorption from polycrystalline YBa2Cu3O7-x samples under isothermal annealing in vacuum are investigated by mass-spectrometry analysis method. A sharp qualitative change of oxygen yield law under transfer throgh T∼740 K temperature is detected. A theoretic model based on the assumption concerning the existence of a strong temperature dependence of oxygen-oxygen interaction, is proposed; it allows one to satisfactorily explain the experimental results obtained
