Ordinance of 28 November 1983 on protection in case of emergencies in the neighbourhood of nuclear installations

Description
This Ordinance (RS 732.23) lays down the measures to be taken to assure the security of the population neighbouring nuclear installations. It defines the tasks of the nuclear operator, the Federal services as well as those of the Cantons and Communes. The Ordinance fixes the exact allocation of the costs of the emergency organisation and alarm system. The Ordinance entered into effect on 1 January 1984. (NEA)

Cette Ordonnance (RS 732.23) regit l'organisation des mesures a prendre pour assurer la securite de la population au voisinage des installations nucleaires. Des dispositions cernent les taches des exploitants d'installations nucleaires, celles des services federaux ainsi que celles des cantons et des communes. Elles fixent exactement la repartition des couts de l'organisation d'urgence et du systeme d'alarme. L'Ordonnance est entree en vigueur le 1er janvier 1984Files
