Efficacy of treatment for stage I-II uterus leiomyosarcoma

Retrospective analysis of the results of complex treatment for stage I-II uterus leiomyosarcoma was done. All patients were performed surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The treatment efficacy was assessed by the short-term and long-term treatment results. The different in yearly survival of this group of patients depending on the disease stage was not revealed. The efficacy of complex treatment for stage I-II uterus leiomyosarcoma depended on the disease stage; the relapses occurred in 31.8% of cases of stage I and 50% of cases of stage II
