WDXRF determination of uranium in U-Th mixed oxide

  • 1. Atomic and Molecular Physics Div., Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai (India)

Description

A wavelength dispersive x-ray fluorescence (WDXRF) technique is developed for the quantitative analysis of uranium in uranium-thorium oxide. WDXRF is a fast method for the estimation of uranium at percentage level without chemical separation and minimum matrix interference
