Isotope effect at He+ ion charge exchange on helium atoms

Description
The fact of a different between resonance and non-resonance process rate constants in the system of optically oriented helium atoms is stated. 3He nuclear moment relaxation in the isotope mixture in 3He-4He at T=77 K was considered. It is shown, that isotope effect, connected with the process non-resonance character, makes up about 10%
