Continuous production of NbN on carbon fibres by magnetron sputtering

Description
NbN films have been prepared continuously with dc reactive magnetron sputtering onto carbon fibre substrates. The apparatus is described and the most important results of the structural analysis together with superconductivity data are given. (author)
