Biosynthetic labeling of monoclonal antibody
Description
A method for biosynthetic labelling of monoclonal antibody (McAb) with 75Se of 35S and rat hydridoma 10B12 was described. The McAb was purified with Sephadox G-25 gel-fitration. The purity of the product as examined by SDS-PAGE and autoradiography was satisfactory. The labelled McAb showed good immunoreactivity, as shown in vitro cell binding assay, and also successfully demonstrated in coloncarcinoma bearing rat
