SPURT.MP program. Modeling of the ion interaction process with the multicomponent target
Description
The computer program SPURT.MP modeling by the pair interaction method the process of the defect formation and the multicomponent target scattering by the ion flux in the wide energy ranges is described. The beam can be multicomponent, to have the different energetic and angular spectra. The results of the program testing and the specified calculation of the ion impact to the material surface are shown. 56 refs.; 17 figs.; 3 tab
