Cation-radicals of aliphatic amines in freon matrices

Description
EPR spectra of MeNH2, MeNH, Me3N solutions of various concentrations (from 10 to 0.01 mol. %), γ-irradiated at-196 deg C in CFCl3 and CFCl2CFCl, have been studied. It is shown, that with amine concentration decrease in the spectra characteristic bands of cation-radicals MeNH2+; Me2NH+; Me3N+ appear, and band intensity of aminoradicals decreases. Mechanism of the reactions has been suggested. Effect of water additions to the solution of 10 mol. % MeNH2 in CFCl3 on the yield of cation-radicals has been considered
