Estimate of service life of steam line bendings of 12Kh1MF steel

Description

The paper deals with the results of tests of pipe specimens from steel 12Kh1MF at two structural states for the long-term strength and creep under internal pressure. The obtained values of creep and long-term strength are used to estimate service life of steam line bendings operating under the pressure of 14 MPa and at 560 deg C. It is shown that the bendings made of the material with ferrite-carbide structure are of low reliability
