P+ ion implantation of ladder polymer BBL

Description
Ladder polymer poly(benzimidazobenzophenathroline) (BBL) was doped with P+ by ion implantation of 30 keV, 4 x 1016 P+ ions/cm2. The changes of spectroscopic characteristics (IR, UV-visible and ESR) and conductivity were observed. The BBL film doped by ICl was also studied as a contrast
