Off-peak saturation effects of beam-plasma instability

The saturation level, simulated by both conventional particle and hybrid simulations, verifies a theoretical estimation that the highest saturation level corresponds not to the fastest growing linear mode, but to the off-peak (in the linear growth rate curve) parameter
