Description
After a recall of some previous realisations in the field of heat storage in aquifer reported between 1976 and 1982, this report describes two inter-seasonal storage operations which are being operated in the USA and in France. It presents the IMRG project of storage in aquifer at medium depth: general description, theoretical simulation of the operation and optimisation, global energy efficiency. Then, it proposes an overview of aquifers which could be used for heat storage in different French regions (Parisian basin, Lorraine, the Centre Region, Alsace, Aquitaine basin). It reports a general economic study (market of heating for housing and office buildings, economic analysis of the storage doublet) with an application to case studies
