Lanthanum Auger electron spectra at ion excitation

Description

It is shown that regularities of Auger-electron emission under ion bombardment of solid bodies differ from those under electron excitation. The results of studies of lanthanum hexaboride Auger-electron spectra as compared to silicon are given. Differences with analogous data for silicon are discovered. Possible reasons for this phenomenon are considered
