Description

The concept of an electrotechnical complex «Hybrid energy storage device» (consisting of wind-diesel and/or solar-diesel power plants) is introduced as an integral part of a complex regionally isolated electrotechnical complex. A methodology for optimizing the proposed electrotechnical complex is being built. The effectiveness of the proposed approach is shown
