Description
The author shows that around big radiation-producing installations, like high-energy accelerators, preventive radiation protection plays a decisive role. Successively, the radiation protection concepts, the radiation protection during the construction period, and the radiation protection during the operating period are treated. Conclusions are drawn about radiation protection in big installations in general. (orig.)

Der Autor zeigt, dass bei Grossanlagen, wie Hochenergiebeschleunigern, der praeventive Strahlenschutz die entscheidende Rolle spielt. Nacheinander werden das Strahlenschutz-Konzept, der Strahlenschutz in der Planungs- und Bauphase, und der Strahlenschutz waehrend der Betriebsphase abgehandelt. Daraus werden allgemeine Schlussfolgerungen fuer den Strahlenschutz an Grossanlagen gezogen. (orig.)Additional details
