Study on inelastic scattering spectra in framework of the exciton model

A method of unified description of statistical contribution to nuclear reactions is presented basing on the kinetic theory formalism. Spectra of neutrons inelastically scattered on 93Nb and 59Co are calculated. The obtained results are compared with the experiment
