On interaction in gaseous phase in the antimony(bismuth) iodide-chalcogen systems

Description
The composition of the gas phase in the systems of SbI3-S(1), BiI3-S(2), SbI3-Se(3), and Sb2S3-I2(4) has been studied by the static method with the use of quartz membrane null-manometer. In systems 1-3 no interaction has been observed within the whole temperature range, and the vapour consists of only metal iodide and chalcogen molecules. In system 4 components interact with one another with the formation of antimony iodide and sulphur (200-500 deg C)
