Phase ratios in the systems CdO-MO-In2O3 (M=Cu, Mg, Zn) in subsolidus region

Description
Using the method of X-ray phase analysis, DTA and IR spectroscopy, interaction of components in systems CdO-MO-In2O3 is investigated. Formation of compounds of the composition CdMIn2O5, incongruently melting above 1100 deg C, is ascertained. Indexing of the main reflexes and calculation of unit cell parameters are realized on the basis of spinel structure of CdIn2O4. The character of cation distribution in solid solutions CdIn2O4-CdMIn2O5 is determined
